Returns & Echanges
- We accept returns on new, unworn items.
- Item(s) must have original tags attach and be in their original packaging
- We will NOT accept any items that appear used or worn
- Return Requests (including defective items) must be made within 7 days of receiving your shipment and items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving.
- Items discounted 50% or more or marked FINAL SALE are non refundable.
- If there is evidence of clothing being worn, your return will be denied.

To return an item, please visit this page and follow the prompts to select your return preference and print a return shipping label.
Upon receipt of your item(s), they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit note for the purchase price (excluding return handling costs) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
For US orders, you can choose to return for a store credit and receive free return post, or if you would prefer to return for a refund, we will retain $7 from your refund to cover the return costs.
For International returns, you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return any unwanted items. Please note: If there is a duties charge to receive the return it may be deducted from your final refund.
Upon receipt of your return, they will be checked to make sure they meet the conditions above. Once cleared, you will receive a refund or credit for the purchase price (excluding original shipping and return fee if applicable).
We strive to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once processed.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If you would like a different size or item, we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund.
